ANXIETY......
Anxiety is a common problem that every individual has
experienced at sometime and its common symptoms are; sweating, trembling,
palpitations, nausea and diarrhea which is often accompanied with other
disorders.
Anxiety can
simply be defined as a feeling of fearful anticipation and worry, and its
response to possible danger.
When fear
is exaggerated or has no apparent cause, then medically; anxiety is an illness
needing treatment.
SYMPTOMS OF ANXIETY
Anxiety is a common problem that every individual has

palpitations, nausea and diarrhea which is often accompanied with other
disorders.EFFECT OF ANXIETY
If anxiety is continued over a
longer period of time it could result to sleepless nights (INSOMNIA),
fatigue, and irritability. Other ways anxiety can seriously affect a
sufferer especially an average individual include: Headache, an asthma attack,
skin rash, or peptic ulcer.
In children there is noticeable
wetting of the bed, stomach pain, vomiting, diarrhea, and sometimes occasional
nightmares.
HOW TO MANAGE FEELING OF FEAR (ANXIETY)
Most sufferers of anxiety can be relieved of fear through in-depth counseling with a close relative or friend or
physician may help immediately, but if these fail the person will need
psychiatric help for a longer period of time.
If the sufferer shows acute symptoms, Tranquilizers may be
needed to cure the underlying condition although often give a false feeling of
security.
